Free remote support software for Windows 10 and 11 — peer-to-peer, no account, no subscription. Built for those who help friends, family, and first-time businesses, not for corporations with enterprise budgets.
"Every day, someone helps a parent recover a forgotten password. A friend sets up a computer for someone starting a small business. A young entrepreneur supports their first client from a bedroom office. These moments matter. And yet, the tools required to help are often designed — and priced — for large corporations. That creates a barrier where there shouldn't be one."
Simple by design
No accounts, no configuration, no IT department. Just share a code and connect.
The person providing support starts the app on their computer and receives a session code.
Send the session code to the person who needs help — by message, phone call, or email.
They enter the code and the connection is established. You can see and control their screen immediately.

Help Me With My Computer is a legitimate and safe tool. All connections are peer-to-peer and your session data is never stored on our servers.
Help Me With My Computer is built to help people. Like any remote access tool, it can be misused by bad actors — scammers and cybercriminals sometimes use remote access software to gain unauthorised access to victims' computers, often by impersonating technical support.
We built this tool in good faith, and we take that responsibility seriously. However, we cannot be held responsible for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorised use of this software by third parties. Use of Help Me With My Computer implies acceptance of this condition and a commitment to lawful, consensual use only.
